Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BabyTime mobile application (the "App") provided by BabyTime ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BabyTime is a baby care tracking application that helps parents and caregivers monitor feeding schedules, sleep patterns, diaper changes, bath times, and growth measurements. The App is available for iOS, watchOS, and includes Home Screen widgets and Live Activities.

3. Account Registration

You may use the App as a guest or create an account via Apple Sign-In or email registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Basic features including feeding timer, activity logging, and 7-day history are available for free.

Premium Subscription: Additional features (unlimited history, growth charts, Apple Watch, family sharing, data export, and more) require a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will begin automatically.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (child profiles, activity records, photos). We do not claim any rights to your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use the App to collect data about other users without their consent.

7. Medical Disclaimer

BabyTime is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is a convenience tool for tracking daily routines. WHO growth data, schedule recommendations, and other information provided by the App are for general reference only and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your child.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is owned by BabyTime and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

9. Family Sharing

The family sharing feature allows you to invite other users to access your child's data. You are responsible for managing access permissions and for ensuring that invited members are trusted individuals. We are not responsible for actions taken by family members you have invited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation.
